Finally KPLI-KDC SKM are done with their course. What a relief for most of them who have sacrificed a lot during their 22 months of studies here. Could see the sign of relief, joy and rush in their behaviour.
This also marks the end of my responsibilty as a mentor to SKM 3. God knows which group I'm going to be mentoring next. Que sera sera...

To celebrate their accomplishment and farewell, decided to order some special cupcakes.
Trainee Teachers

" Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow."
Plato
True, I would say from my observations since June till September, that all the trinees assigned to me dedicatedly, persevered under very stressful and limited time to undergo almost 90 days of practical teaching.
I do hope that we would be able to produce quality and fruitful teachers who would never feel that "teaching is very easy with lots of holidays"; an out-of-date cliche. We can kick those out of the room and prove that teaching is not only teaching however it involves every responsibility and commitment that a parent has for his child.Providing, guiding, nurturing, empathising, etc etc...the list goes on.
What I am trying to say is "our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results."
